At CHAT AI PTE. LTD., we strive to provide the best AI chat solutions and customer experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our monthly subscription plans: Free, Plus, and Pro.


1. Free Plan

The Free Plan is completely free of charge and does not require payment.
As no payment is made, no refund applies.


2. Plus & Pro Plans (Paid Monthly Subscriptions)

When you subscribe to the Plus or Pro plan, you are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refund Conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the first payment date.
  • Refunds apply only to the first payment of a new subscription.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Renewals
    • Partial months
    • Downgrades
    • Unused features after the refund window has passed
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if abuse is suspected
    (e.g., repeated sign-up and cancellation behavior).

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in your subscription period.

    • Plan name

    • Reason for refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Changes to This Refund Policy

Changes will take effect upon being published on our website.

Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
